Prayer n the will of God

Will God answer my prayers when im not in his will?

First when we ask we must ask in faith.
Jam 1:6-7
6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
Heb 11:6
6 But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]:for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Further God expressly says if we hold sin in regard in our heart he will not listen to our prayers.
Psa 66:18
18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear [me]:

In order for God to hear our prayers we must confess our sin.
1Jo 1:9
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Then we also must pray according to his will.
1Jo 5:14-15
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Prayer that comes from an humble spirit asked according to his will reaches to heaven n gains a hearing in his presence.

Next we must ask our petitions, requests in his name.

Jn 14:14-15
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do [it]. 15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

Jam 4:2-3
2 Ye lust, and have not:ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain:ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume [it] upon your lusts.

When we confess, access we can possess the answers to prayer he desires us to have.
Mat 7:7-8
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
Heb 11:1
1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

However tho he gives these promises prayer is not a lever on a holy slot machine.
Prayers r answered according to his will. Prayer is not so much getting wat we want but it moves us to the center of his will. Being found in the center of his will we r then in the best position to recieve wat we need which is his best for us.
So in answer…we cannot find answers to prayer w/o believibg God will n does answer prayer. We must conform humbly to his will n not ours. And we must ask according to his will. If we r not in his will we will not recieve the answers we desire.

Next we will look at some of the things which r his will for us.
